What’s the difference between your standard fishing rods and fly fishing rods?
Our standard fishing rods are designed for general fishing techniques like spinning or baitcasting, while our Fly Fishing Rods are specifically designed for the unique casting techniques used in fly fishing. Fly rods are typically longer, more flexible, and paired with specialized fly reels and lines.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your shipping information. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view your order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t been processed for shipment yet.
What payment methods do you accept?

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options to get your fishing gear to you:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS – 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
How can I track my order?

What if my gear doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want.
